Every now and then I have dreams involving tornado's. I don't have them very often, but last night I had one again. And I woke up from it with my heart pounding. I've always been the kind of person who loves storms. I still do, except now I keep looking out the window to see if there are funnel clouds. I even used to say that I would like to see a tornado(in the distance). I've now changed my mind about that. I think before I didn't worry too much about them because it was just me. But now that I have kids, I can't help but think how I would get everyone to safety if one came along. I know I shouldn't worry about it, and I don't(most of the time). But when the storm clouds come along, it's on my mind.
Maybe someday I'll write about my going blind dreams.

I dreamed of a tornado last night too - I am seriously not kidding! It wasn't a very good dream, so I won't go into the details.
I have going blind dreams too sometimes! And I think it's spelled tornadoes. Not to correct you. lol.
I spell checked and I had originally wrote tornadoes and it came up as being wrong.
Candice - very strange that we both had tornado dreams. Mine wasn't very good either. Although when I think of it, I can't imagine a good tornado dream.
Being that I am very cool, I looked it up in the dictionary. The plural for tornado is either (and I didn't know it could be either, but it is!) tornadoes OR tornados. My spell checker says "tornados" is wrong, but not tornadoes. This is all very interesting. lol.
My dictionary said both are acceptable too.
Well we've learned alot about the spelling of tornados (or tornadoes). You say torn-ay-do, I say torn-ah-do.
So far everyone likes the beach! yay beach!
Isn't it funny that this is the blog that you get a million comments for, and it's all about spelling?
Are you guys being serious about 'going blind' dreams?
I've had a few dreams that I've gone blind. It may have only been temporary but it was not a nice feeling. Oh yes, and it was in the middle of an exam (in the dream).
Tiffany, you have these too? Does anyone else?
Yes actually. Lots of times it's when I'm outside, and can't find my way around. Or I can kind of see a little bit but not enough to really function.
That's not as bad as the dreams where I need to run away from something or move fast and I just can't run. Ever have those?
What's the deal with someone voting for neither the pool or the beach?? I think this person should show themselves!
Okay, this post is 3 days old. More please.
talk to my dear husband about his vote!
Ohhhh . . . THAT guy. Figures. It's okay, we'll bully him into a beach day or two yet this summer!
