thinking out loud

Have you ever felt like you need to talk about something, but you don't know how to go about it or you're not sure what to say? Like your afraid that if you bring it up, it'll just make it worse so you just keep it to yourself and don't say anything at all?

Me too.

Yes, it is good to think about what you will say, to really think about it and ask for God's discretion. Is what your saying edifying, lifting up another person? Or will it drag them thru the mud or hurt them?
I can't imagine you, Angela, doing the latter.

I don't know. If someone's really hurt your feelings then maybe it's okay to gently bring it up. Email is always good - then you can work out what you want to say.

I agree with "gently bring it up". I find email to be worse, it CAN (not always) come across with no emotion or sincerity. I also think there is a lower risk of escalation when your face to face with someone...my opinion. And real hugs are always better at the end, if you see them in person.
