Good news and bad news

The good news is that Ethan has slept between 7 and 8 hours in a row the past 2 nights. I'm so thankful for that.

The bad news is that we've all had colds for the past week or so, my older kids have been waking up through the night, and we've now discovered that Aaron has a sinus infection. My poor little man. I'm just hoping he feels better soon.

Aw, poor little Aaron!

Actually, I was thinking about him last night and I was going to mention that maybe it was a sinus infection.

I know, I know, I should be on the doctors.

How are the rest doing? Little Jamin? Or Typhoid Jamin? lol. Just kidding. I think the kids are going to pick up EVERYTHING now that they're in nursery school, and next year Maymie's in "big boy school" every day and he'll likely be exposed to even more stuff.

I guess that's how immune systems are made!

I thought too maybe it was a sinus infection. At first we thought it was just a cold, cause that's what the rest of us had, but yesterday it still wasn't getting better so we thought he should see a doctor.

I know, it seems like now that Jamin's in school we get everything that comes around. Jamin is pretty much over his cold, Ethan doesn't have the sniffles anymore but he's spitting up a lot more so I wonder if he's not feeling all that well. But he's pretty content so can't be that bad.

Are you children over their colds?

I get sinus infections all the time and You have to try a netty pot. or i use a 60cc syringe and squirt it up my nose. but i am sure that getting your hands on a syringe is harder for you than me. Anyways use warm water and a pinch of salt and it clears you right up. Ask mom if you can use hers if you wanna try it first. I swear by it. I never use anything else. Tracy

Thanks for the advice Tracy. He's really doing a lot better now, but I'll have to give it a try if it happens again!
