Today I made it to the halfway mark of my exercise goal! I have now walked 100 miles since about the middle of November. I noticed that once I hit my 3rd trimester, my body decided to slow down. It was almost instant. One day I was walking 3 1/2 miles without a lot of trouble, a couple of days later it wasn't so easy. But I will get there. I am determined, even if it is a little slower going.

You can totally do it! You have three more months (roughly 90 days) so even if you averaged 1.5 miles a day you'd MORE than hit it!
